Sales Administrator Executive

About the Role

Sales Administrators provide essential support for the sales team, and if you draw energy from being part of a team, it might be a good job for you. Sales administrators are responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, and they help to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update sales, clients and CRM list

  • Process request or enquiries via email or phone

  • Introduce the agency to potential clients via email or phone

  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

  • Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure timely deliveries

  • Develop monthly sales reports

  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally

  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices

  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

  • Stay up-to-date with new services and features

Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma holders. If you have the right attitude and zest for learning, we want you

  • Additional education or experience may be preferred

  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends

  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process

  • Computer skills, especially Microsoft Words, Microsfot Excel and Powerpoint presentation
